Heh, search of the same topic title and you'll most likely see mine on the top of the list. Mine broke during shipping as well, but I just didnt feel like dealing with making a claim with UPS, or trying to send it back to the seller accusing him of packing it wrong. So this is what I did...I followed the advice of a few NECO members and started making some calls. I found a hot-rod shop near where I lived and took it in to have them take a look. $40 and less than 30 minutes later they had pulled out the broken piece, pressed in a new tube (which they bent the same as the orig.), and ensured a perfect seal with some JB Weld around the seam. VOILA! Its a LOT less stressful and a LOT faster than trying to get UPS to pick up the claim or have to ship it back to the sender for replacement. Give it a try if you like!

That sounds like a good idea. I work for UPS and do sometimes the damage claims and if it doesn't meet a LONG LIST of different things (ex. Even if you bought $200 worth of insurance on something and it broke doesn't mean u get a new one. Most of the time it goes back to the sender and you get a refund from them.) I wouldn't waste your time with UPS and claim b/c it isn't fast!
