Heh, search of the same topic title and you'll most likely see mine on the top of the list. Mine broke during shipping as well, but I just didnt feel like dealing with making a claim with UPS, or trying to send it back to the seller accusing him of packing it wrong. So this is what I did...I followed the advice of a few NECO members and started making some calls. I found a hot-rod shop near where I lived and took it in to have them take a look. $40 and less than 30 minutes later they had pulled out the broken piece, pressed in a new tube (which they bent the same as the orig.), and ensured a perfect seal with some JB Weld around the seam. VOILA! Its a LOT less stressful and a LOT faster than trying to get UPS to pick up the claim or have to ship it back to the sender for replacement. Give it a try if you like!
