Well I got my Ford Tech CD in the mail and installed it, but the stupid thing won't run and i get a C++ Runtime Error! Anyone else have this problem and figured out how to fix it? Its the 2002 CD and I have Windows XP.

There is nothing wrong with your CD. It's the program itself. You must have an outdated DLL on your system somewhere - most likely you upgraded to XP on your computer. Best thing you can do is to get the updated C++ libraries (available from Microsoft, or any .NET product).

i got mine about 2 weeks ago and i have xp and runs perfect. try using windows update to update your system like jason was suggesting

ebay is a pretty good source. i got mine for like 10 bucks shipped i think....if it was more than that is wasnt much

Maybe its because i have "Microsoft Visual Studio .NET" installed on my computer?? I dunno..this sucks

Ahhh, sweet. Well after trying to update anything and everything i could and finally uninstalling and reinstalling, its working!!
