i bought unpainted tail light covers from customcougars.com. i put the order in on 10/3 and received the package 10/16. after not getting them for a week i emailed them concerned about the progress of the package. within a couple hours of the sent email i recieved an email back saying it was in back order and it will be air mailed to me in 2 days. sure enough 2 days later i got the package. overall i was happy with customcougars, my only suggestion/complaint is that they should inform the customer about what is going on so they do not get irritated waiting for what they bought.
