Ok, I ordered a Flowmaster 60 series, and it doesnt fit under my car where the stock muffler is? I had center/center one. I took it to the shop and the guy tried every angle to get it to look right, and he said that its not gonna fit. He said that the body was too wide. He mentioned something about a low profile one?? Can someone help me out, what should I do!?!?! What kind to I need to get? What kinds do you all have for single exit? I dont want it Ricey sounding either! haha. Thanks!!

EDIT: The thing is, I dont want to be able to see the muffler from the backside of the car, I bought a tip and everything, and its fine, but I dont want it to look like I ghetto rigged it on. You know how you see those hondas and the muffler is practically dragging on the ground. I wish one of you could come and help me!!! haha

Why can't he just cut off the resonators on the end, add tips and mount the Flow Master under the driver's area where the stock one is? That's how I have mine done and it looks sweet. If I can figure it out I will post some pics.

yes, return the 60 series and get a 40 series... delta flow if you can.

it fits nice and tight where the resonator was...

No it just wouldnt fit, I was under my car with the guy tryin to figure it out, but it just wouldnt work. The stock muffler is like a triangle, and the aftermarket is a squarish shape.

For the 40 series, does it mount under the driver, or under the rear? What would the sound be like on a 4 cylinder, keep in mind, thats what I have! haha.

Thanks!

studly that was the most help I think I've ever seen on here. Wow you fixed her problem. There's your answer, why didn't we all think of that before? I guess the most likely thing is gonna have to be getting the 40 series. Youcan see how Flow Master rates them in compareson on their sound chart at www.FLowMasterMufflers.com Let me know how it sounds and what you end up doind, I'll talk to you soon.
