I am going to be making a 6" Cougar head for my subwoofer box, and I was wondering if anyone had a good idea for what kind of tool/material/method I should use to get the best results.
My friend can do some nice work with MDF and a rotozip. He justs marks off the area he wants to cut and goes at it. Looks really nice, of course fabricated after.
I used a dremel for the wood AND the plexiglass, though it wasnt actually plexiglass, it was the stuff thats a little more expensive and clearer.....it came out so smooth!!
know what looks pretty sick is taking some sort of foam and design whatever you want and then carpet tightly over it...I used to install stereo's and thats what we did for some custom looks.
