Hi,
Its proberly already been asked, but can someone explain in detail what are MSDS headers and how benifical are they to performance, and if anyone has time who sells them, how much, how many and how are they fitted (don't ask for much do I) can you tell I'm new?

Welcome Tim-
MSDS Headers replace your stock exhaust manifolds. The difference is that the tubing is not flattened, allowing more air to flow out of the exhaust. Go to HERE to purchase them.
