I would just like to say that I think that I will be keeping the oldsmobile....it's story time!

Yesterday, George came to pick me up and I offered to drive his car back to his house. So I am tooting along enjoying myself, besides every little bump :), and all of a sudden I see a cop in the grassy median on interstate 675. well, he didn't turn his lights on then, but i saw him out of the rearview mirror pulling out and onto the highway....I was like...oh my goodness George! the cop is coming to us!! I was freaking out by this time and I slowed down to below the speed limit with white knuckles on the steering wheel. Eventually the cop made his way up to us and started riding right next to me for a lil bit, then turned on his lights (erica was peeing in her pants by this time) and then turned back in to the medium. I didn't know what to do but George said that happens to him all the time.
Isn't there a law against the po-po freaking people out like that?!?!

I don't see how ya'll can deal with that.

I know what you mean...I get it all the time...
the other night I was on I-75 south near Mt. Zion and I saw a cop sitting in the median...I slowed off the gas without hitting the brakes. He pulls out and speeds up beside me. I was like OHHH GREAT... stomach begins to hurt.....then he hits those bright lights pulls in front of me and nabs the guy driving the geo metro in front of me... I was glad he pulled the other guy over but dern I it didn't get rid of the feeling I had in my stomach.

I got pulled over last Monday and that was pretty rough. I am going to take a defensive driving course in a few weeks to lower some of these points on my license. If you drive a sports car then you are automatically a cop magnet.
Just my 2 cents.

hey zach remember that time i flew by the cop going 90 with my neons on? heh now that was fun!

funny story about a caravan: It was me , Chris, and Garland on our way up to Cougarfest2k3 and we all were on a on ramp going about 85 in a 65, then all of a sudden we see this cop hiding around the corner. it was the funniest thing you could have seen, 3 cougars drivers scared shi*less slamming on their brakes. After being followed for about 4 miles we got off at the next exit and took a breather.

Dern that woulda been a serious ticket!!!

George: Ya man that was crazy going down I-16 and we both few past the state patrol. He had to be sleepin!!! You even had your neons on...anyway I'm not complaining that he was alseep

I had a cop come out of the median on I-75..I turned off my neons and he pulled the car over beside me..I guess he thought the geo had the neons...it was in Forsyth...I really don't know the laws on white underbody neons.. so when I see a cop I'm pretty quick to box myself in between some cars and cut off the lights. I know that I was going faster than that geo LOL

I felt kinda bad that he pulled the guy over but relieved that it wasn't me.

I don't always see them, but when I do, they are down underneath the bridges and on the slopes, so it is hard to see them until it is too late. But this cop was right out in the open, like he was waiting for me! :kick:

If you passed by a state trooper on I16 running that fast and he didnt come after you, he probably WAS asleep... I've got a buddy that works GSP Dublin Post... and he says they take naps all the time... gotta love it when your tax dollars support that kinda habbit!
