The Cougar S was auctioned off at Christys, no NECO member owns it. PS you might want to check the FAQ for more info on it.

Tip: the FAQ mentions nothing that would answer his questions.

But like she said the S was auctioned off and I'm not sure if any one person actually owns the Eliminator. You're right about the little hatch-spoiler tho, and I thought someone was going to try and make one awhile back, but I guess it never happened.

I see, yeah i think that would look cool, as long as it didnt go up to high. Someones gotta have these cars tucked away in there garage somewhere. I was watching a Fast Fords show on Spike TV, and they had a garage with all the rare cars in it. There was a Cougar ZN in there, but it wasnt the eliminator or the S.
