I'd kill for that air dremel in one of the pics on the Streetconcepts site (see link above). Man, I had to use a little dremel, which only reached about 15% of what I needed to cut. Then, I had to hack-saw the rest off.
I find it quite easy to go around with a "sharp and fairly new" hacksaw blade, just go around the entire seat to score it about .5-1mm then i cut it down, gives a much smoother cut. I also paint the seats with tremclad rust paint when done, which is a very good idea.
