A friend and I were installin an amp and sub, but we were not 100% sure which wire was the remote wire.
I have a 2001 stock.

The one wire that is completely by itself. The only blue wire that I found was exact oppsite of the dimmers.

I found it should have worked yesterday (just didnt check the fuse on the amp power cable)

You have remote wires on your stock radios? Sweet! I had to tap into my power wire with a switch back when I had a stock head unit. Hehe. I learned real quick not to leave the switch on.

How so?
The only fuse on ANY wire was for my XM radio... So I just tapped onto that.

the remote wire should be connected to the power antenna wire, that is the official remote wire, now i cant think for the life of me, of what color it is, and yes i know we dont have power antenna's but there is a wire there that you use, universal color is blue with white stripe.
