You gotta drop the exhaust. Its under the car, just beneath the brake handle.

Though if you need to adjust it, there may be other problems - like needing new rear brake pads...

Pull the ebrake up and drive in reverse for about a foot. That will tighten it up so I've been told. I did it but I didn't like the effect so I pulled the ebrake and drove forward :) Fixed what I didn't like.
