I don't know if any of you had heard about this, but just thought you should know. This week some kids were driving in new york in a mercedes, and the guy lost control at about 90mph, went airborne, and hit the concrete medium, launching the engine pretty far down the road and setting the car ablaze. All three died. The girl that died lived in a neighboring town and went to the high school there, and many people I work with knew her. One kid even said he had seen her that night, a couple hours before it happened. He was in really bad shape, it must be freaky to be talking to somebody one minute, then a couple hours later they're gone. The car was a lease, actually the driver's father leased it and let him borrow it (because his Hummer was in the shop) and was valued a little over $92,000. I can't stand these people who have all this money and buy these fast expensive cars, and take them all for granted. Very very stupid.
Oh the article is here if you want to read it.

The story was the girl (the driver's date) was past her curfew and she lived in New Jesrsey and they were in manhattan.
So he tried to make it back fast as possible.

Well I dont mind people who drive fast as long as you know what you doin and are alert who is around you and take responsiblity of the people who are riding with you.

I never drive fast if I have passengers in my car cause I dont want to be responsible for anything happening to them
My cougar has rims and low profiles and bodykit when I see a potholes or pebbles on the road I slow down dont wanna risk any damage.
My car is not worth $92,000 but i drive as if it is.
