I know ac deletes are/have been done...
But is it possible for the 2000 i4/mtx to have both the AC and power steering deleted (mine has been leaking for awhile and the pulley bent this morning and threw the belt)

Or will I have to get a power steering delete pulley of some kind?

On the V6 you can delete AC easily, but you have to have some kind of power steering pulley on there, whether you have power steering or not. Not familiar with the FEAD diagram on the Zetec though - do you have a picture of the belt routing?

Based on that diagram the AC compressor can be removed, and the belt replaced with a shorter one, with no ill effects. But you will always need a pulley in the Power Steering position to maintain proper belt engagement, with or without AC.
