About Ohio NECO:
OHIO NECO was established November 1st, 2001 as a local chapter of the main club, NECO. We are interested in meeting with other Ohio members to discuss our cars and help each other. This is a place where you can meet people in your area and become good friends. Our main goal is to just further the enjoyment experienced by all who own '99+ Mercury Cougars. Through a better understanding of our cars and help from others while modifying them we can enjoy them even more. Our members are mainly from the great state of Ohio but are not limited to Ohio residents.
Ohio NECO Forum Guidelines:
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this BB to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violates any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by NECO or FastCougar.com.
We at FastCougar.com reserve the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever.
- All posts must be civil, friendly, and not contain any profanity or references to profanity.

The first amendment prohibits the US government from passing laws restricting our right to free speech. It does not restrict an organization or business from enacting and enforcing standards.
Ohio NECO and its Moderators/Chapter Officials will not tolerate such things as:
- Posts that are disrespectful toward other members of NECO and Ohio NECO.
- Posts made for the sole purpose as to start a conflict with one or more members.
- Posts that are SPAM (have been posted in numerous other forums)
- Posts that are highly divisive, controversial issues such as religion, gun control, politics, etc.
- Posts containing explicit (even if thinly veiled) profanity and/or pornography.
- Discussions about human or other mammalian anatomy and bodily functions.
You have to consider the fact that Ohio NECO has been in existence since November 1st, 2001 and in that time our members have formed strong friendships. To that end we are and will be very protective of our members.
