Just seeing if there’s any clean sets of 2001-2002 headlights out there, it’s one of the last cosmetic items I need and I’m having a hard time finding any without broken clips or moisture inside.

We got someone here in germany that restores Cougar Headlights. I don't know if he is still on pause or not but I can ask him for you.
Otherwise on eBay Kleinanzeigen (germanys craigslist) someone is selling a good pair (pics below). Can't say anything about the moisture part tho. But I can store them for a while and if they get any inside I can return them.
I can get those for you if you want.
Of course all of that is is probably only viable if you can't find any in the Country of Freedom.
