    Please let me know how to remove the brake drums (not shoes) from a 2000 Mercury Cougar. I cannot get the drums removed. I've tried manually pulling it off, i've tried using screwdrivers and tire iron and trying to hammer it off. But it appears as if it is welded on. Please help....Thank you...
