Nice, clean MTX, mechanical issue (bad motor, etc.) fine

Looking for a nice, clean manual trans MTX Cougar (2.5) that is ready to accept our engine and other mods.
Needs to be clean inside and out. Can have bad or no motor, suspension, brakes issues. Can be picked up on trailer or towed.
And.... you guessed it: cheap (student budget)

how cheap u looking for?? i got a 2001 mtx in almost perfect condition with minor scratches with a new tranny with svt diff. the motor has little stupid problems but still runs but needs to be put back together. but im not really lookin to sell it for under like 2500-3000 pm me if interested.

Still looking, nor more urgentl (existing cat is getting tired).
MTX a must; if 2.0 chassis is the same as 2.5, then 2.0 also considered (have nice 3.0 portmatched engine with 40k to find a new home).
