What all do you want done with the tranny? If you just want the differential send it to terry haines, it would cost you around 1400. I'd trust him any day over some other shop that SAYS they can do it. A lot of shops have no clue how to work on the mtx75, not even some ford dealerships!

Plus, with Terry you are guarenteed(sp?) to get a quality job with quality service & parts.

$1000 is fair. i can get a LSD, get a trans, and get it rebuilt at a reputable shop, all for $1000.

What the hell is wrong with all of you people? Sometimes I'm just flat astounded by the complete and total idiocy that goes on around here. If anyone is READING the posts before they let their fingers fumble so carelessly across the keyboard, the original poster states he can have it done for a couple hundred bucks. Is it true or not? I don't know, but who cares? HE IS NOT LOOKING FOR ADVICE ON WHERE TO GET A BUILT TRANSMISSION, JUST SEEING IF SOMEONE HAD ONE THAT FOR SOME BIZARRE REASON THEY WANTED TO DUMP FOR CHEAP.
