99-02 Owners Manual HERE!!!!!!!
ok well I myself as others have been asking for a copy of the factory owners manual for the cougar this is for the 99-00 I hope someone will make this a sticky since it is always asked for. Here ya go.

If you change the year in the link you can get the 2001 as well.
