New from Maine
I just got myself a stock 99 Cougar with 109k miles for $2,000 this past Saturday. Does anyone live close by? Anyone have any suggestions to what I should do to it? Its Automatic V6 2.5L. Any tips on how to fix my spoiler seeing its terribly weathered. Only picture I have for now.

Welcome! From Gardiner here, where exactly are you from? Intake and wheels are the best for starters IMO

I'm from Berwick, don't know how far away that is. I would suggest lowering it, if you can take the bumpy winter roads.
