Don't worry... As soon as everything is finished, I 'll post everything!
Just need some patience... I don't want to hurry up things! I do everything till it's perfect, let it take a few days more... Better perfekt than quick!!
By the way, the tails are far from a finished produkt! I got the shape more or less, but the inner work I didn't do yet! So there is even nothing to see...
You US people will be the first to see it, don't worry!!!

Hey, quick question. On the handles did you remove the rubber inserts and weld in any metal? With as much work as you've done I'd hate to see those things shrink on you like mine and Crispy's did. I even had the cutouts pre-made just ran outta time before CF05 so I rushed it and just glassed over (which from the pics looks like what you did).

Just trying to save ya some headaches later on man... Looks good so far. Yet another person we can add to the list of totally custom. Welcome to the club.

Hey E1, no I've cut out the stamp so i just had a flat sheet metal, than welded in a metal plate! Indeed!!! No fiberglass, fiberglass and metal never go well together... 'cause when it's hot, fiberglass and metal has got an other 'shrink factor' (or how is that in English?)... Fiberglass will shrink more than the metal, and it's already to late! That's also the reason why y rear flares are welded, and to fronts are complete fiberglass fenders...

Yep, totally custom We should open a sub forum?

Hey Peter... Yep you're the first to see everything
Today I had half a day off work! And did a lot of things!
I sanded the left door, which is now ready for primer.
The right flare is almost ready for spray filler, bye the weekend it should be done!
The rear lights, the right one is also almost ready for spray filler!
So I think after this weekend new pics will follow!!

I've been working each day on the cougar! Ok one day I didn't because of my GF's birthday... What have I done so far? The right side is in spray filler now, but I notices a little error in the flow, what I have changed in the meantime! The arches now also flow nicely into the rear bumper... I think by the end of the weekend that bumper will be ready for spray filler! Later this week I'll post new pictures.......................................... .
