Ok here we go...
I'll start with the making of the fenders! I made a mold of the stock fender, including a part of the hood, fitted on the car...  Than I made in the mold a new enlarged fender! I cutted the little flat lip and mounted it just over the new wheels!  Using a lot of PU-foam (poly-urethane)... It's the best and easiest way to get to a good shape!  When the foam was in a shape, I fiberglassed it, using filler and after hours and hours of sanding I came to this result!  For so far the fenders...

The front bumper...
I cutted it in half, top and bottom part! lowered it more or less 3inch...  Then fiberglassed it, but the bump was to large and the hole to small... So I enlarged the hole!  Again the foam... Just me sanding it to get the new shape!  After hours of sanding... and still hours to go... notice in the back the custom seat I am making!!!  And the result...

THE WHEELS
 I ordered these through a shop here in Belgium... The where custom built in Japan! This is the picture I chose the wheels of... Before the mods...  And here they are, fitted on the car...  What do you think so far???

The rear flares!!
All the welding is done by my buddy Erwin... thanks again! First I cutted the little flat lip away, just as with the front fenders... But this time, no fiberglass, only steel!  It's just like a puzzle!  Filler over it, and sanding, again filler, sanding it, filler..........  Still didn't finish it, but for now...
