Yah dude I had a 99 Laser Red Cougar b4 and now I have an 01 laser Red Cougar and you wouldn't believe how much more attention I get with the 01-02 head lights! If I still had my 99 I would get 01-02 headlights in a heartbeat after seeing the difference!
