Did you cut 2 of the rubber grooves off the strut piece when you installed them??
Mine settled the next day or two and after what....30KMS of driving (from the shop home and back)
EDIT: To answer your question, the drop is 1.2'' in the front and rear.

don't need to be removed. I have roush and have no issue with the bumpstops.
