Hot Wheels Custom Cougar

While tagging along with the wife and mother at an antique shop, I found this box of Hot Wheels. Found one I hadn't seen before. I'm sure some of the long time NECO's will remember these. I've got a fair collection of Hot Wheels, but I didn't buy this one. I've got enough already.

Agreed. Somebody would have happy bought it off you.
It would be funny to see somebody make there cougar look like that

I have 2 of those, go back and purchase it if it's still available. I've had some interseting offers at car shows for mine from hot wheel collectors. Good luck

i have 2 of those and iirc , I have a white one. I even painted one to match my old c2

I just pulled this one out of my kids' 20 pack they got for christmas. same style, don't know if this is more or less common than the pic you posted.

those are cool, i have two, a white one with flames and rubber tires still in the pack and one that is an orange/brown color that i had to open up like a little kid lol
have any of you thought of customizing a plastic model kit to match your real cougar? I have thought of this and i was thinking of using the eclipse model kit and modifying it with modeling clay..... hmmm... if i do, it should be interesting and time consuming....

I actually bought my son the same 20 pack just cause it had a Cougar in it...he didnt notice one missing.

I have that one and a few others. I think I found them at the store quite a few years back.
