Is this normal

First of all let me say good day to everybody. Im not sure if this is normal there is a hole in the exhaust and there is water that is dripping in there. Im not a mechanic and more of the things that i know from our cars I learn from this site. And also Im working on my car battery coz im having problem with it. Any input will be greatly appreciated thank you very much.

Yes, that is normal. The main product of fuel combustion is water. The weep hole in the muffler is to allow condensation to drain, otherwise the muffler will rot out much sooner. Short trips allow more water to condense in the exhaust, it has to go somewhere or it will lead to rust.
