I understand they're mostly in PA. There are a handful in Ohio though.
Looks like it could be a Cougar S spoiler.

There are Sheetz in NE Ohio (yeah, near the PA side).
Looks like a blurry stock wing to me though. Aftermarket wheels, non-stock exhaust tip at least, not enough pixels to say if that's a non-orange side marker.

nah there are sheetz in ohio. i have 3 with in 20 mins of my house 2 are with in 5 mins.
Matt just told me that this was filmed in "central PA" last month some time.
