Black rims are so played out. I can't wait to get rid of mine. Something in a satin aluminum or machined finish would be great; not polished, because these cars don't have anything shiny on the outside to carry the finish out.

You will love Centerlines If your going to upgrade the wheels, might as well upgrade performance too and go lighter right?

Exactly. Rotational mass really affects performance. I'm not sure how heavy the stock 16"s are but aren't most Centerline Rims around 17lbs?

The stock 16's are 19lbs, and my storms are 15lbs (if I remember right). So thats 4lbs per corner, plus is dead weight (unsprung) so 1lbs= 4lbs. Intotal I lost 64lbs on the car. It's like a 5hp gain when you think about it, because 100lbs= 10hp and .1 in the 1/4 mile. Obviously it's all theory and 5hp isn't really much but its nice knowing that lol.

I didn't think going from a 16 to a 17 would make too much of a difference in handling either but it really did! you will love rims man!

So, in the winter time do you plan on putting the stock 16"s back on the car? I would! They're way to beautiful for winter time. OR you could get a winter beater, lol.

This is what I did when I had my Konig Hurry's. I put the 17" stockers on for winter (because I hated the ZN anyway). Plus the weight difference was definitely noticeable.

I plan on getting some Centerlines as well in the future. Maybe the RPM in silver. You know, for the track and if I ever get into auto-x. I believe Blackbetty is right, they most 17's weigh in around 15lbs a piece. The 15's are even lighter, but tiny imo.

Mooresville/Salisbury. Probably at least until Winter, I'm thinking.

Yeah the stockers are DEFIANTLY going back on in the winter. The RPM's are nice but i'm happy I ended up with the Storms. Both are hot though IMO.

Like Tyger said, the weight difference is nice
