    Clean, Clean, Clean.

So after reading Bennett's stupid clean Cougar in his recent thread I figured I should clean mine up as well.

I clayed, swirl remover, polish, and waxed it, polished the wheels, and cleaned the hell out of the interior. (Armour-all, vacuum, shampoo)

Thanks to icerberg letting me know that there was a sale on these subs. So, I picked them up and am now running 2 12" Polk Audio DB1222. They are rated at 720 RMS and holy hell these things pound! I'll be picking up some tweeters soon to even out the highs and lows.

Looks good Ivan, nothing like a clay bar'd cougar! You just watch, it will rain tomorrow, that's how my luck is when I wash my car.

    It already did

Just as I was heading out of the gym it was spitting just a little bit, enough for water spots. . Sure enough it stopped when I got home.

    Thanks for the complements guys!

Thats the original paint on it, with a closer look you can see paint chips on the hood and bumper, and the hairline scratches that are notorious on black cars.

Looks like I'll be using some quick detail tomorrow.

Those wheels just make that car. Fantastic looking. Especially for a black car. I now know how hard it is to get those things to look good. Your cougar was neutered! (no antenna)

I love it. B3NN3TT post some pictures of his super clean DTG Cougar and makes Ivan so insecure he goes and super-cleans his too!

I love your Cougar, man. It's sleek, always clean, and understated. Not enough pics though. That area where you took your first shot looks really cool. MOORRREEE.

I was wondering where all your bumper and hood chips are.. haha.

    Hands down though...

Minus all the aftermarket exterior mods.. paint wise.. blackbetty is one of the most -ding/chip/crack free- black's i've seen... inside and out.
