Painted Cam Covers Today
Since the cam covers are off the 3L for some work I decided to paint them. I sanded them up for about an hour, then cleaned them off good and coated them with 5 coats of Duplicolor's Grabber Green engine enamel. Hope the paint lasts!

I painted mine with the Metalcast paints and they held up well. You have to be a little careful about not chipping them when working on the car, but other wise they held up fine. Of course powder coating is better, but the cover you see the most of is the front one which is pretty easy to pull and repaint if you manage to really screw it up.

It will be a straight 3L when complete. As for posting the my progress on the build, it's nothing special just a straight 3L with a few goodies!!!!!
