9 lives of the cat
well as of tomorrow, my cougar is officially entering her afterlife. 9 years! still amazes me I havent totalled her. I also cant believe I've been following all these duratech forums EVERYDAY for 9 years and still learning new things.
first 3 years when she was under lease, I didnt touch her, she was just a car. 2nd three years, I tacked on the most basic of mods, started my stock upgrades and dreamed of doing something serious. the last 3 years, she's been a dedicated garage queen, no longer on DD duty, able to put some real fun parts on her. I'm excited about the future although soon there isnt going to be much left of her to still call her a cougar... eitherway heres to the next 9 years  So here she was a few days ago [dont worry she's getting all dolled up for her birthday] along with my new DD.

June 7 will be 9 years for me. Mine was my only car for the first three years and I put 50,000 miles on it. Since then it has been my fun car. But it has never been and shall never be a trailer queen - I bought the car to drive it and I will do that regardless of weather conditions (within reason - more than a couple inches of snow is just pushing the limits, and everything around here would be closed anyway if there's that much on the roads).

yeah mine was in a storage garge from jan06 to feb 07. now she has been in my garage from may07 till....... when i get back or the wife picks up the coug.... but cant wait too see yours at one of these fests. and get a ride on rails in it

Wow, that reminds me.. i bought my car two weeks ago in may in 99! Unfortunately, during that time i havent learned as much about my car as i should. Thank goodness there is NECO and CEG to keep me straight!
