Re: New Pictures!

YES, the amp does overheat, it concerns me a little because it can get really hot back there. The thing is, it looks good, and when the strings are unattached, you cant see the amp, just the speakers, and there is a blue neon behind the amp that shines down over the speakers and looks really cool. Any suggestions on where to put the amp but still have it look clean and symmetrical?

Re: New Pictures!

Maybe right at the back of the trunk? between the taillight housing. There's just enough of a curve to it that if done right, you can get airflow to both the front and back of the amp.

Between the seats? I've never heard of a mounting point like that. Well, I have, but then it defeats of the split folding feature of the back seats.

Or am I missing your meaning?

Re: New Pictures!

Mine is right off the the left of the amp on the floors. It's not symmetrical, but I can hide the wireless along the wall and it looks really clean. The amp glows blue and it's cool to see it shine in the windshield at night. I'll post pics when I get home

Re: New Pictures!

My old Alpine Amp was mounted to the back of the rear seats as well. You can mount it anywhere because the seats have a metal back. It was the perfect place to mount it since I have the ST200 RSTB

Re: New Pictures!

well, when i get sometime to work on the inside, then il get to working on that Amp. I was also thinking about just using some computer fans to get some air around the amp. Oh, and the momo's sound really good, they dont viberate at all, and they are not very overbearing, they are almost perfect for me. Not too much obnoxious bass, but enough to sound amazing from the inside.
