why do u have hood pins on a stock hood?

needs springs..i am sure it will sit a lot better and do u have center caps for he wheels?

well for one, i cant afford a new hood for it and paint, i wish i could get a Kaminari(sp?) hood, i love those, and i just thought the pins would look pretty cool on it

springs are on their way got an estimated arrival date of May 3 so I should have them on very soon

yes i do have the center caps but they are mostly chrome, they look alot better without them imo, im trying to keep as much chrome off of it as i can, the chrome lip is enough

freednighthawk- that second picture in my first post was all of my competition lol in my class atleast, the rest of the cars were mostly classic cars and a lot of trucks....i know i really should have gotten more pics, they had a true, original, bright orange Yenko Camaro there that im kicking myself for not getting a picture of now....it was beautiful. The RC cougar got a lot of attention lol it attracted most of the younger kids and some adults as well, it might as well have won first place haha

oh yea and i met a guy that bought a cougar for his daughter and he was looking for a place on the internet to read about them and get help on them so i told him about this site

So you were put in a class with a Dakota and a Nova? A little bizarre, but I'dve thought a clean lookin Coug like your's would place better'n a stock looking Dakota.

thats what i said, the nova really could have been in another class....i guess they just choose the one i was in so they could win...who knows....and the Dakota was completely stock, no mods at all, it was just very clean. The class i was in was called "Cruisers" which was basically a miscellaneous class for cars that didnt fit in anything else, they didnt have a mercury class or anything like that....but i had lots of fun though, met some new people, got a lot of compliments on my car, and not to mention i have a nicely clean and detailed car now thats what matters in the end right?
