its was 72 degrees here a few days and then today it didn't get over 45

I feel your pain with the washing of the car.

My car was completely yellow this morning. It's a black car.

Every single tree, bush and flower in GA always blooms at exactly the same time. You can't walk ten feet without getting covered in pollen. It looked like some one fingerprint dusted my car cos you could see where everyone who had ever touched my car had put there hands.It's ridiculous. I gave in and washed her. Two hours later, she won't freaking start. Maybe the pollen was holding her together?

Same thing happened to me. I spent a good $6 washing my car at one of those "do it yourself" car wash places on Wednesday. Then today, it decides to rain/sleet/snow like mad

I need to make it a habit of looking at the weather predictions before washing the car.

My weather thing told me it was going to be half decent... atleast no snow was being called for....

And BTW, i always use the DIY things, they are cheeper and really, just more fun :D

DIY car washes, the ones with the pressure washers, are the best way to do it, cause thats the ONLY way you can be sure that you've gotten EVERYTHING clean.

Still gotta take the cougar and blazer to the car wash. Surprisingly, fighting off rust on the 20 year old truck is not turning out to be anywhere near as much of a losing battle as one might think.
