i believe you are talking about pixel art. there is a website just on pixel art auto community forum forum here
u need something like this as part of the how-to

i was trying to use it and do one as my car...its not the easiest
here are a couple different size ones also there is a huge gif in my photoshop request one here
download original gif from here its big in size..pixel... not kb/mb

a vector. drawn to scale picture is what is asked for in the how to? so a link to the pdf or the vector drawing would help dramatically...i am too lazy to find the link to owners manual pdf

Page 234 in this manual. Mine have 280 pages

and this one 256.

Im not looking to reproduce a 1:1 vector draw but a little pixel car.

i understand about the pixel car and not a vector drawing. the how to said to use a vector drawing to help with the scale of the pixel car

the vector drawing will help make a base. then you can make the pixel drawing from the base and modify it the way you want to
