Urgent Bottom arm replacement part required

My Cougar just failed its MOT on a worn ball joint
so I need a replacement offside bottom arm, ford want 170 quid
the local motor factors want 28 quid but they only seem to know of the two bolt type arm wheras i need the four bolt type arm (the bushes at the subfame end are vertical on the two bolt and horizontal on the four , in case you were wondering!)
does anyone know of a cheaper than ford source of the four bolt arms?
Failing that can anyone confim that the ball joint is identical on both arms ?
then I could just grind off the rivets holding them to the arm swap it over an bolt it on.

Yes give Ford parts uk a try. Will be cheaper than Ford Dealer.
