Funny sound from CD4E

Hi guys,

I don't write alot on here ... but still I have one question.
In August I accidentaly changed from reverse to drive at about 10mph with added throttle

The aftermath was a loud bang and some sqeeking from the tires ... which was the first time for me with 18"

Since then there is this funny sound comming from the tranny. No problems with him tho.
He shifts like before, no warning light turned on its just that sound that sounds like something is rubbing.
Funny thing that this sound is only there after you put your foot from throttle ... when its rolling i supose would be the right word.
This rubbing sound is also there in park or neutral if you rev it a little and when the revs fall you can hear it, he does that when the car is cold ... after 40 or 50 mile drive the sound is also gone in those two gears.

I don't have any idea what could i have damaged. I assumed i curved the flywheel, but then I read ATX doeasn't have any, he has flex plate or something like that.
I also assumed rear mount which also aren't so good i read on this forum little while ago.

I drove the car to a mechanic and he checked the oil and asked if the tranny shifts ok, and after I said yes, he only replied: "then drive it till it lasts"

It's been 5 months from then, the tranny still has the same simptoms, nothing changed ... but to bo honest I am sick of that sound ... and I always concern when i go on a longer drive with questions like "what if he fails me today"

If anyone has some better answer than that from the mechanic I would be more than thankfull.
