Custom Cougars?

has anyone had a problem with them, i ordered GC coils 01-02 from them and i still havent gotten a conformation e-mail or anything. If the springs dont come within a few weeks ill cancel it. i have had problems with other sites in the past but i was just wondering if anyone has had any problems.

for clarification i am not hating on CC.com by anymeans think its a good website

OK, I think we should make a sticky about CC.com, saying ASK IF THE PART IS IN STOCK BEFORE ORDERING IT!!!!!

If he has to order the part, you never know how long it will take. Byrdman ordered a set of Weapon R headers in January/February, and he still hasn't gotten them as far as I know. When a part is on "backorder", it could take months to get it. You have to wait until the manufacturer releases another bunch of that part.

This seems to come back on James a lot, and its totally not his fault. He has absolutly NO control over when GC releases another set of those coilovers.

Email James or call him, and ask for an update. If he has them on backorder, see if you can contact the manufacturer directly to keep informed about the status of your part.

hey thanks i didnt thought they maybe he would say that they are on backorder or something, thanks for understanding that im not a "hater" against custom cougars. some people get very upset about stuff like that. ill e-mail him and see what he say thanks

In regards to WR Headers... Items are instock and we have the last 16 header sets instock in the USA.

Olmschenk2: I hope you are not upset with your order, it was processed as quickly as we can process and order which is same day. Shipping takes time.

The dude sells way too much stuff to give a email confirmation on everything. I've always recieved everything in a timley manner.
