there service was really good. i never heard from them either, i was searching for the predator hood becuase no one had it and i saw there price and i called them and lefta message and the nextmorning they called me back. really nice people overthere. there located in NY. i drove upthere and they put the hood in my trunk for me becuase i wasnt ableto because of my shoulder surgery. there prices are really good on some things, shocked me. i do reccommed them
