Placed an order via Team Ford Parts Online- Ford OEM Parts at a discount with a total of about $392 with shipping. Well the payment was returned by PayPal in error by a former employee. Well that person no longer works here. Black Cat has taken the money and ran with it. He does not respond to Emails, PM's, or my PayPal requests. My next step is to start voice calling him and possibly getting local autorities invloved.

I have been with NECO for at least 8 years now, and most of you have dealt me directly and know I am a stand up guy and have always tried to treat NECO members as best I know how.

He has a few posts in the FS section. I would stay away from him at all costs.

Yes thats really Bill J. And he is very busy so sometimes he is not the easiest to get ahold of. Just keep trying.

Some of you may or may not know this. I no longer work in the parts dept. I have been promoted to a Sales Manager. There was a Bill Reed that was running it for a while, but we had to let him go. This is where the problem started. Since the PayPal has not been switched over to the business, that's why I am involved with this dispute. The money was accidentally returned to Black Cat.

Now look at it this way, If I had taken $392 from a member of NECO I would have had to refund the money, shipped the parts, or something of that matter. But this dead beat won't return calls, emails, or PM's.

Since we got rid of Bill R., we have upgraded the I-net parts to dept to 4 people. So if you call 800-791-6436 now you will get someone on the phone.

Let me leave at this. I tried on numerous occasions to contact this person to let him know what happened. I was blown off every single time. I tried Email, phone, PM, anything I could think of. 2 weeks passed by before I started posting on NECO of the problem I had with him.

I finally got a PM from him yesterday stating that he WILL NOT be paying me, with no good reason other than me slandering him on NECO. Problem with that, is that if he at least acknowledged my attempts of contacting him, I would have never done what I did.

I just want the money back for goods received.

Like a previous poster said, what if he bought something from you and you hit the wrong button on PayPal. Does that mean he should not still pay you? Think about it. You would be just as angry as me.
