Paypal does NOT guarantee a refund...Thats why I can't believe its so trusted. I mean it's great and it helps make a lot of transactions easier. BUT, I thought it was there for us to be assured we will get our money back. and then THEY will try to get the money back for them

Well I escalted my claim yesterday, wish i had done it sooner but i misunderstood what paypal by july 5 but o well. Im sure im going to sol for my money but it happens usually people who do everything right on their end get screwed over no matter what they do. I just hope bucky doesnt decide to magicly pop back on to neco espcailly without a good damn reason to why he has done what he is done but I probably wont except any excuse from him for this.

Did you pay with a credit/debit/bank account? Call your bank/credit card company and tell them you've been the victim of fraud and they'll put the money back in your account within 24-48 hours (Bank of America is instantly when I did it) and then they'll go after him for it. Paypal will only refund your money if he left it in his account and didn't transfer it back into his bank account. The bank/credit card company is your friend in these cases.

I may call my credit card company and do that if paypal cant get me my money. I did it once before a long time ago and it was more iffy then this case but this is a clear cut case IMO since I paid and didnt recieve my item. Only thing that might limit me getting money in my case is that I paid in May.

How will they truly know if its fraud though? Won't they need proof? All I have is his name... No address
