I purchased a bumper about one month ago with the description in perfect condition. Sent him a cashiers check and figured no problem.

Since then, I've come find out the bumper is still on his car - he's waiting for a body kit from Ebay to come in. I put a stop payment on my cashiers check.

Get a notice from my bank that he took it to a Check Cashing place since he's financially ****ed up and that the money MUST be sent from my bank to the check cashing place. So they withdrew the money from my account.

He assured me that it would cleared up and that he would issue me a refund for the total amount of money of $230.

Now it's been weeks and I cannot get a hold of him. He doesn't return PMs won't return IMs and will not answer the phone. I'm sick of it and I've sent him an ultimatum. He's logged in so I know he's getting the messages.

So until this clears up DO NOT BUY FROM FJMCKEEVER

Yes, I got screwed as well by this jackass. I bought the same bumper and a headlight from him, sent him the moneygram, and he is ignoring me. I fly anywhere in the country for free, so we can discuss the matter further in person. It's only $200, but it's the pricipal of the matter, so... Yeah. I agree, he needs to be kicked off of here.

Phone his parents and tell them that he stole from you. Ask for the money or your calling the cops. Scare tactics might get your the cash.

I sent him a PM detailing my plan of action if I don't receive payment. It includes this.

I called the number and a younger guy picked up but said he didn't know a Frank, and I have the feeling it was him.

I'm levelheaded right now about it, believe me. But this is $230 that I can't just afford to lose I'm in college and it doesn't work like that.

ya im thinking i just got ****ed by him to i posted a thread in the wtb section about some z3 fenders, he answered it and i sent him a cashiers check, i just recieved tonight the slip in the mail saying he recieved my check. what can i do about it???? can i somehow cancel the check or is my 170 gone. i cant afford to lose this either, im also a college student. i called the number he gave me 352-250-4699 and the guy that answered said he didnt know a frank mckeever
