Yeah I got that excuse too. So I sent Western Union (trusted a fellow NECO member and I kind of needed the rim I thought I'd bought ASAP and sending a check or money order would have delayed shipping ) Now says he can't drive or take a cab to send money back to me but the knucklehead seems to forget that you can send money over the phone and even online with Western Union like how I sent to him in the first place. I'm only hoping my $80 is being used for something like a makeover for this little diksucka's scary no titted girlfriend.

Monday, I will get you said receipt for the check then email it to you. That's fine. If you really do honor this transaction and refund me that will be a different story, but what we have here is a serious situation. You've done this before, you're business maximumboost.net is shutdown. You're getting sketchy with your MySpace and photobucket (as well as your girlfriends account).

I'm looking to get this straightened out and get all of our money back - not go through litigation, but as a prospecting lawyer, I will go this route.

My excuse from PayPal was because his credit was ****ty and was having trouble getting his own bank account, so PayPal just was feasible. What's ****ty is we talked for a while and I even gave him some credit advice - he sounded like a trustworthy dude.

On a note: Guys please don't sit here and make personal attacks. Now that this has been brought to the forums attention, lets see if we can get it straightened out like adults. Name calling only is going to make this more difficult.

Dude, you ordered the bumper from me, I didn't get the body kit, and you stopped payment on the check.

Again, I'm keeping this personally, but let me explain the truth. You never said that you were waiting on a body kit. You said you had a bumper and it would be sent out! I stopped payment because you got sketchy after I sent payment and started adding in "Oh, I haven't received a bumper yet. Oh yea, there's ACTUALLY imperfections on the bumper, I lied about it being perfect."

My issue now is how little response you've given. That conversation I posted was where you left off. You responded and then stopped talking. How about we get this straightened out?

Again Monday, I will send you the copy of the check receipt that was sent. After that, if I don't hear back within a reasonable time frame, I have all the transcripts and information printed and together, and I will take action on it.

Sorry but I'm not gonna "cool" down because I have access to more info than you people can imagine right now. I don't really care as I have nothing to lose now, but I will get my $80 back in entertainment value with harrassing and life messing vengeance. If this was a kid from my neighborhood he and his mother would have broken legs right now. So unfortunately for him, me being in another state far away, this is the route I shall take. Let's slap ourselves now and wake up, this kid is NOT refunding your money. His internet identity carelessness is going to be his scamming downfall.
