Is there anything legally we can do? I'm not big on e-commerce for this reason! If you add up all the money he has jacked from all of us, it's quite a large amount, enough to buy a running Cougar. I am on board to take this as far as it needs to go. I'm pissed beyond words, as this was my first online purchase from an individual in a forum.

Dude, you ordered the bumper from me, I didn't get the body kit, and you stopped payment on the check. Then you tell me that somehow my financial institution pulled the money from you again anyways? I even told you show me a receipt of that and I will show it to them and get your money back.

here's what I recall:

Silverboy3005 (7:08:31 PM): they dont have any refund on the account. and there WAS a $25 return fee as well. do you not have any receipts?

As for the others posting in this thread that I have sold items to, this in no way means that you are being "ripped off".

The person in question at this time is burton160w, and him and I are dealing with that personally.

Furthermore, it's actually been two weeks, not "weeks". And I'm still waiting on a receipt from you ... I have no way of seeing that credit.
