He is still a liar no matter which way you look at it. He now claims to be issuing refunds. I sent my address let's see if I get it.

My previous company went under and we had to file bankruptcy. I was never in any way, shape, or form attempting to scam anyone out of their money or their parts. Things are different with the new shop and the new business, and I can guarantee that.

Those that I owe refunds to WILL be refunded eventually. I cannot say how much and how soon, but I can say that I'm working with a lawyer to take care of things and get my name cleared.

The only transaction I've done on these forums was to Tom Pham. He had a wrecked Audi and needed several items. And I am more than happy to provide all of the tracking information for that customer:

As you can see, I'm obviously working on clearing my name and fixing my issues.

The previous company was Maximum Boost. And to clear things up and tell the complete honest reason why things collapsed:

One turbo kit that was sold to a customer was missing an oil feed line. The customer reversed the transaction via Paypal. Paypal then decided in favor of the buyer, simply because I had a tracking number but NO signature confirmation. Thus, our paypal account went to a negative $4,000, and eventually, it was taken to Court and I lost the case.

After that, it slipped into a chain reaction where everyone claimed that we did faulty business practices. However, I will assure you that there are several customers that have ordered from us and had NO issues whatsoever. Not to mention we did several installations.


A PM from him to me months ago:
Well, the reason I stopped using paypal was because I got screwed over really badly. I own an online business (MaximumBoostOnline.com) and I had someone purchase a $3,000 turbo kit and then charge it back via Paypal. I had a tracking number, but no "signature confirmation", so Paypal refused to refund the full $3,000. After that, I gave up on them.

Western Union would honestly be the best bet. If not, its no problem - sorry for the hassle.

Well that poor sob didn't do what we did I guess. I was calling his parents house at all hours of the night, and other stuff that I will not say.

It's only a matter of time when scammers mess with the wrong people. He only got me for $80 but I was not going to let that go. For those that he sent a confirmation refund email to, you may have to go pick it up at your post office because that is how he sent mine instead of to my house.
