SVT Plates

Is there anyone who has been looking for someone to make something like the SVT plate that goes on the motor? It can say whatever you want it to. I'm talking to a place about making them. Also I was thinking if I can do it, which I don't know who to ask this, but someone here I think can tell me, about having smaller ones made that say newcougar.org? I need to know who to ask about using the website name. Thanks ahead of time and give me ideas, you can have anything put on it you want unless it has a copyright, then you need to get writen permission from who has it.
