stranded coug off I-44

This morning I saw a 99/00 spruce cougie sittin on the side of the off ramp at my exit. Exit 75, I-44 headin east. Looked to be stock w/ rims, tint. I'd never seen it around here. Anybody know anything about it?

I guess it wasn't in too bad of shape, it was gone when I got off work last nite.
