strut/spring How-to anyone?

I did a quick search and didnt come up with what i was looking for. I know i've seen it around here somewhere but no luck finding it. I also looked on CougarDB but didnt see any. So if someone knows where that one went, or know of another how to for the 99 cougar's struts/springs i would appreciated a lot!

Thanks in advanced.

I don't troll on the UK too often, but I think this reference ought to be enough. Thanks!

Re: strut/spring How-to anyone?

Would someone be able to save a copy of the how-to and e-mail it to me? I registered but the admins haven't activated it yet, so I can't see the guides. If you could, my e-mail is deliveryguy2048 at gmail.com

...or just post it here
