Stangkiller LCA - Page 4

Ok, folks. Time to get the ball rolling if you are all interested.

Sorry I have not been on for awhile. After I sold my car I was pretty depressed and more now knowing that is not on the road giving some a woody.

I did some checking and this is where the 2 bolts stand for the LCA's. I would need 10 people minimum to buy. The sets would run $400 a piece (sorry the steel prices have gone up). The lead time would be approximately 8 weeks. They would either be powder coated black or nothing. Same price either way. Because of the last time I tried to do something like this for the upgrade version, I would need 50% upfront and the rest before I would ship. I would let you know when they are completed and would possible shipped them with the remaining COD. This way I would not lose my butt on the deal.

If there is an interest in the harness bars also, please let me know. I will check this forum about twice a week. Please wait until you have at least 10 people lined up for sure before you all start asking to send me money also.

I wasn't lucky enough to get the Harness Bar with the car so I'd be happy to talk to you about getting another one. I'm sure I could also learn a lot from you about the car that I haven't already had to figure out myself. PM'd

So we've got a final price on 2 bolts... I only counted about 6 people on the interest list (w/2 bolts for sure) so do we want to make sure we have 10 that are willing to commit before we start sending deposits?

I for one am in for the 2 bolts at $400.

Maybe there should be a new thread started here and on CEG that is an actual GB instead of just a feeler/interest check.
This new thread could have a list of people interested in 2 Bolt LCAs at $400 Since those were unclear in the interest checks.

Later there could be another check for 4 bolt LCAs - since they would require additional design, the 2 bolts would be easier to produce.

Just my opinion.

Just wondering if this is for 2 front LCA or 2 rear LCA or a set of 2 front and 2 rear LCA for $400. And since I have a 01 Cougar that would mean I have 4 bolt LCAs? correct

fronts only.

in theory you should have 4 bolt, all you have to do is look in there though
