Wow, how did you manage that! Is the CEL on now? Did they run the car with A/C on or anything?

I dunno what it could be...they said something about the egr being off

Register the Cougar to an area that doesnt do E-Check or Smog Check. Problem solved.

How many miles? Maybe your cat is bad...I passed with flying colors..Same mods minus the OEF and with magnaflow HiFlo cat plus muffler.

Did they mention anything about your cats? you're still within the guidlines of having them replaced at dealer cost.

I swapped to a stock intake, cleaned the entire upper manifold, tubes, etc
Anyone ever have the prob of leaking or clogged egr tube going to the exhaust manifold? The tube looked fine...cleaned,. etc
